Met Sarah up the canyon this morning - 19 degrees and the wind was blowing! Brrrrr.... It was a slow start, but we were rolling after awhile. It is so nice to have a running buddy (even if it is dark, cold, and your lips are frozen and you can't talk). 1st half - 24.36 2nd half - 21.21 Total 45.58 So yesterday when I went to get my new shoes, I recognized the employee from the running club this past summer. He brought me my shoes to try on and I asked him about running. He said, "oh yea, you're that older lady from the track". Ack.....I really did feel old at that moment (even though I'm only 31). Maybe I just need to get faster then I won't seem so old :)
