OK, I just caught up on your blog. I have become such a blogging slacker. Looks like you have had a very busy week, all of those early mornings! I am proud of you, it is so hard to get up that early day after day! You are doing great and your speed workout was faster. Cutting just a few seconds off of a 400 is nothing to sneeze at. I get speedwork times (ranges) mcmillanrunning.com. You just plug in either your PR or what you are shooting for and it will tell you what to aim for in speedwork.
Love the back to school shopping, I am completely broke! I bought the uniforms in July and then the supplies (we get a list from each teacher that is ridiculously long, hate that part about charter schools!) and the shoes in August. Good thing I am back to work and making money to pay for it!
We ready for that race next weekend???? Or, wait, is it this weekend?
