I was totally bummed that Catherine wasn't able to join me this morning on the track. She really pushed me last week and it was mentally helpful to have her there. But she did a great job at Deseret News! Go Catherine!

I definitely had consistency this week. During the last 100 of #4 and 6, I really tried to get up on my toes like I did during high school when I ran the 800m. They were hard today and I was breathing hard. But I don't think I could have gone any faster. I was also in a better mood. My ankle didn't hurt during the run, but definitely after (and now at night). 30 minutes with trainer. Stupid front and side lunges.
