1 mile wu (up the monster temple hill): 10:11 (that is such a big climb!!!) Tempo for 2 miles: 8:21, 7:45 (first mile was on a partially unfinished road and flat, second mile was slightly down hill for .5 miles, then slightly up hill for .25, then downhill again for .25)
1 mile cd: 9:04 I was definitely breathing hard and the 2 miles seemed to take awhile. But I wasn't in puke mode and I made it. Done. Hopefully, I'm not as far behind in my training as I really think I am. Stretching, pt balancing exercises and foam rolling
