Walked .25, ran .25 - I did this for 2 miles. The run was VERY slow. Hammies are still a bit tight and my hip is still very tight. Ughhhh..... Stupid hip. Weights v-legs - pull weight up with arms one arm on ball push ups LLL with 10lb weight 60 sec plank 1 legged bridge (ouch those hurt hip) LOOOONNNNNg stretching and rolling session I'm meeting with my trainer tomorrow so no running. I'm going to try 3 miles on Friday. Come on hip...work with me! So the taper and recovery drive me bonkers. I just want to run like normal. But I guess I want to be smart and not get injured so early in the season.
