30 min eliptical
5 after work up Dekalb ave to Fox Bros and back.
30 min elliptical and some core
a decent 5 to kirkwood - 7:45 ave - fastest in a long time..
15 min elliptical and 2 miles on the mill --
4 after work before jumping in traffic -- hilly route
15 min elliptical - 15 min spin (that was a good short workout)
5.4 after work in the HEAT
15 min elliptical and 20 min spin
5.4 after work around the mall area
Didnt feel that well so I just ran around home. 10.1 at 8.15 ave. Really really steamy out this morning
happy wity the week. Need to build from here. Runs are gettingbetter and tempo comes and goes.
