4 horrible miles on the dreadmill -- zero energy today took it really slow
4.6 horrible miles after work around home - just feeling really cruddy today - first 1.5 was good but then dropped off the cliff. oh well - got some miles - 8:30 pace ave
Another rough run. Started out ok and then petered out completely. But I really wanted my miles for the week.
