Had another nice slow run today. Watched my lunch choice so my stomach wasn't totally angry at me like the last two days. My energy levels just are not up there this week. I feel like I'm jogging through quicksand. At least I'm not skipping days.
ran at 4:45 today -- pretty warm but sought out the shade
this is the best I've felt all week at least
