got out for an icy snowy run today after work - it was fun to run in that stuff for once.

still icy and stuff like that.  it is really beating up my feet.  I'm not sure if it is my trail shoes that I'm wearing or the ice.  It sure is different to run in this stuff - no way to push off properly.

ran at 6 tonight - I almost bailed on it cause I thought the sidewalks were icier today, but things went ok.  Maybe I'm getting used to running on ice and snow

got out for another 6 - felt ok - but I'm tired of slipping and sliding.  More sidewalk and road is clear but the stuff that remains is really slick.
