got out a little later than normal, but it was a nice night for a run. It was dark so I was slow, but that's ok today. A little soreness in my foot tonight for some reason.

yeah that was weird for sure. I forgot to log my Tuesday run and then swapped the entries. I'm not even sure if I got it right, cause his b-day was Wednesday...
