Well my foot didn't hurt after moy run yesterday but this morning it did.  And it didn't get much better as the day went on.  I tried a slow easy run after dark but it just didn't feel right and other parts of my foot started to hurt.  SO I walked a mile home.

I don't like the sound of that one. Maybe now that you're a Master, you need to run every-other-day? :)

yeah Marc, you might be right. I'm getting old, slow and I don't recover well. That's my first masters year in a nutshell.
