Got more snow today -- argh!  At least I was able to run in it - the sidewalks were just wet.  I misread my calendar and when I figured it out, i had only had an hour today, including dressing time, so I had to take off a few tenths of my run today.  Otherwise it was fine.  My foot is still a little wonky but it will be fine.

Against my better judgement I signed up for a 5K that is next Saturday.  But it is a local one for the schools, so I thought I could try to get my butt moving faster than it has in a while and see how slow I am...plus the kids are running the 1 mile so I thought I might as well.

Nice run(S) yesterday! Sorry winter has returned...can't believe you still have snow! Take care of the wonky foot.

GOOD LUCK with your 5K next Sat. Sounds like fun to have the kids running in it too!

thanks SMooth -- yeah this summer has been harsher than normal for sure.
