Arrived in PA in the PM and got in a nice run on the rail trail that is right outside my mom's back door.  I am not used to running on pancake flat courses but I am enjoying it.

What part of PA? There are some great rail trails up there! Nice run

Hi JG, my mom is in Mifflinburg, two towns west of Lewisburg. That's about 45 min north from Harrisburg on 11/15. The trail runs from this town to the other. Its really flat and a bit boring after three days on it, but it is a whole lot better than trying to figure out which roads are safe to use.
