4PM - same ride - 7.9 miles @ 15.0 pace.  A little faster - was playing around with different gears.

7PM - 6 miles reverse of the route last night - 7:37-ish ave pace.  Foot felt mostly good.  Trying to be a little more "gritty" than I have been recently.

Nice biking lately, hope it is giving that foot time to heal fully! I was thinking one of these days we should go to the Silver Comet & run mile intervals ... alternating who is running & who is biking! I can't do mile intervals on my own! lol

hey Jon, I'm not quite there yet. When I am, that is the perfect place to do it. You still in PA or back in the south?

I'm feel like I'm slowly climbing out of this hole I've dug. I just need to stay healthy enough to keep climbing.

NICE to see you mixing in some good biking miles with the running. I remember you used to do 2-a-day runs.

Glad to hear the foot feeling better...gritty is good! :)

Thanks SMooth, I really like two in a day if I can. Trying to get this metabolism kicked up a little bit.

I need to get back to my old running ways.
