ran a new-ish route again today.  felt good today.  I didn't take my watch.  Went further then I had planned, so that is good.  Cold again but not as windy today.  I guess I overdressed but I need to get a feel for this arctic weather

Running without the watch is great sometimes. Sounds freezing. I'd be holed up inside under some blankets.
