small goals are for this week

run consistantly - they don't have to be great or long but i need to get my butt out the door.  I'm not used to the cold weather and wind we are having so this will be a good goal. I can build from there.

4.2 @ 7:20-7:30 pace

Sounds like a good goal.

ah man - my motivation has been in the dumper for the last month. I need to get serious again- this is just ridiculous.

How's the knee today?

The knee is feeling pretty good. I think it's hard to stay motivated this time of year.

Nice goal. I started getting up early and running with Darin and Dave before work. People like me, who need extra motivation need someone else to hold me accountable. I've yet to regret a morning I got my butt out of bed and went running -- but I've regretted many mornings where I hit the snooze a few time too often.

BTW - while setting up our Christmas tree I popped in an old video of a visit to your folks house in Sarasota in 1998. It's nice to take trips down memory lane--especially around the holidays. Time certainly flies.

yeah I never regret doing a run - skipping a run yes.

wow- 1998 - that's a couple years ago

I do miss going down there
