Nice job. Is that the same ankle that's been giving you problems for a long time?

yeah thanks Dale - I rolled it a bit yesterday on some rocks (I remember swearing when it happened). I'm hoping that is it anyway.

Those dang rocks get me every time I run on trails. hope it feels better soon.

You gotta be careful on those trails. Good for you not gaining any weight over the holiday weekend. I wasn't as disciplined.

Yeah for sure Rhett. I always seem to hurt something on the rocks. I just about wiped out on some stairs near the end. That would have really hurt...
I'm sure you'll drop whatever you gain in no time.

Don't count those chicks before they hatch. There are still two mayor holidays left between now and the first of the year......watch those calories close or they will sneak up and stick to your mis-section!!!!!!
Ya, and give that ankle a rest so it can get all better!!!!

yeah Slick - I'm trying to be good. Last year's Christmas really stuck on some lbs... Trying to be better this year.
And I'm trying to take it easy on the ankle...as always it seems
