Drove up to Kennesaw Mountain Battlefield park and ran 1:43 on the trails.  Good times.  I haven't been up there in almost two years.  It is well worth the 35 min drive.  A great mix of trail types with lots of ups and downs.

Sounds cool. All the mountains here are now covered with snow. Not sure how much, but it looks like a lot.

I was sore today. I'm not used to that kind of pounding. But my foot help up pretty good. hurrah!

Great job, would love to join you there sometime! There is also a great park up 85 called Little Mulberry Park we need to go to, great mix of asphalt trail around lake, single track trail, and grass cross country trails ... Great combo for a 10 plus miler! Enjoy your days off with the kids, that's awesome!
