Got out for a short one before lunch.  Didn't have much zip or energy but it was ok.

4.1 @ 7:33 ave pace

Ran another in the neighborhood right before getting Q from school.  Felt good.  Ran into another guy running around my pace and we chatted, which helped pass the time.   Cranked it down on the last half mile and it felt good.   Last mile was 6:30 so the last half was around 6:00.   Need to do that more often.

Nice! You're always so consistent with you pace. Wish I could do that. LOL

thanks Dale - I just wish that consistant pace was a bit faster...

I hear ya. I wish I could come close to your pace. Maybe someday.

just keep at it

fast, slow, or in the middle, the main thing is that we keep at it.

That's right. I'm glad I'm finally able to run on a regular basis again. Feels good.

Palleeeeezzze! A short run with no energy is an 8 miler at 7 min miles! DANG!!!!! I wish I was having as bad of a run day as you! ;)

From timp on Mon, Nov 14, 2011 at 19:48:48 from 144.188.24.29

Not for me! My energy is gooooone! I wish I had more energy as the day progressed. You'll have to fill me in on your running diet, maybe that would help! Probably not though! ha!

I guess the first run gets my blood moving. I'm much more of an evening runner, for some reason.
