got out before lunch to sweat a bit - legs aren't really sore just not spunky.  Once I got warmed up things were fine.

Nice lunch time run. I like when I get to exercise in the middle of the day. I always have more energy in the afternoon after a good workout.

Thanks - just getting in some miles. I prefer afternoon and evening for some reason. Usually evening ones are my best. But these days I'll take any I can get.
