a little cooler weather today - only 89 when I ran, which made a big difference. Still don't have the endurance, but this one ended well and the last two miles felt good. I thought the foot was going to give me troubles, but it turned out ok.

thanks Slick. ?Yeah it is frustrating to lose so much fitness, but I'll be back.
