Got up and out the door while the family was sleeping in. It is so much easier to run when it is 70 vs when it is in the 80s and sunny. This one felt as good as a long run can. Ended it up fast in the last mile or so.

thanks guys! I really don't know that last miles pace. I only have a late 80's timex Ironman watch so I just take the ave pace. It wasn't too crazy though.
