back to the grind today

looks like I'll be able to do track night tomorrow night.  Looking forward to it.  Not sure if it is 1500/3000 night or mile/5K night.  Either way it'll be a good, painful workout.

Can you run a sub 5:00 mile?

Marc - I'm close to a 5:00 mile but not quite yet. 5:07 last year. We'll see on Tuesday if I can go back.
