Day for some speed stuff - I ran the two miles to the Y 4 miler race route and then did that course than ran home. For the speed stuff, I did 1 min fast >1 min regular pace>2 min fast>1 min regular pace then repeated for the 4 miles 8.1 miles @ 6:37 ave pace
