got out after work for 6 - sweated buckets

4 races in the past 5 weeks.  It has been fun but I'm certainly ready for a weekend without one.  My legs are still not very fresh - need more time for that.  Next race is on June 18th or 19th, so I should be ok by then.

Yeah Dale - I have a 4 miler that I do eery year and then the 50K a week or two later.

Yeah thanks - i'm not the fastest trail runner but I do like to challenge myself once or twice a year to finish one. For me they are a good test of body, mind, and soul.
