Thanks Smooth. I'm kind of excited about this stage of the year. the weather is better, the runs don't have to be as long, and I am going to work on some speed.

SMooth, I think it might be a little lofty to think I could do that time, but it is a fast track. It depends on how hard I work in the next 6 or so weeks. :)
