Ran two miles with Sawyer - his longest distance ever!  Then I ran two at the track while he waited.  It wasn't quite the distance I wanted but that's ok.  Didn't ice the achilles, per Paul's recommendation. Woke up this morning (Sunday) and there is still no soreness to the touch.  It's been like that for a few days now.  I take that as a good sign I suppose.

No soreness is a good sign! Hope it continues to improve and heal up completely!

Thanks Smooth - I hope i can get back to normal training soon. I know a week or two of taking it lightly is a lot better than long term chronic issue so I'm really trying to be good.
