ran with the local group tonight - first time in a while. Good to see where I am

6 @ 6:54 ave pace - 2 6:45's and 1 6:22 in the middle

not sure what this tells me but it was a good effort on a pretty hilly route -

just looked and this is a lot faster ave pace than the last time -- guess that's good
