might be feeling a little better today - I am almost constantly hungry today.  Is that a good sign?  I hope so.

I have 4 weekends before the marathon weekend.   Although i can't imagine running still today, I want to try a long run on Saturday.  I have to get up to 20 at least.  May be able to get to that twice?

I'm glad you were feeling a little better yesterday with an appetite too. You could go run a marathon today, the question is, how fast do you want to do it?
