hey Rhett - the shoes definitely look like they have that many miles on them.
The races have tailed off for now. Did a 5 miler on the first Sat of Nov but no definite plans since.
I have a chance at a bib for the 1/2mary on Thanksgiving, but it isn't a guarantee.
