Nicely done. It'll be a while before I do a run that long and I kinda miss it.

From timp on Sun, Dec 05, 2010 at 09:20:15 from 66.167.51.74

thanks man. How do you think you'll stay off the running?

From DonGardinero on Sun, Dec 05, 2010 at 11:00:51 from 70.6.7.13

I think I'll be ok to run as long as I stay on a flat surface. It mainly hurts when going downhill or down stairs. I think it happened from when I ran up and down 1615 stairs. I probably over did it.

that'd probably mess up my knee too...

A change of scenery can be great! :)

yeah for sure Teena -

From DonGardinero on Sun, Dec 05, 2010 at 11:47:15 from 70.6.7.13

Yeah I probably should have started small and worked my way up to that many stairs.

From Rhett on Sun, Dec 05, 2010 at 16:28:16 from 216.67.217.220

Nice pace Tim. Since I started running again a month or so ago I have been mixing up my runs and have mostly done a new route every time I've run. It has been a lot of fun.

From Rhett on Sun, Dec 05, 2010 at 16:29:07 from 216.67.217.220

Dale, did you count each of those stairs as you ran?

From timp on Sun, Dec 05, 2010 at 18:21:10 from 129.188.33.25

yeah it seems to get me out of the doldrums most times, Rhett

From DonGardinero on Sun, Dec 05, 2010 at 18:48:32 from 70.6.7.13

Rhett, I actually measured the stairs and calculated how many times up and down equaled one mile. 114 up and down for a total of 1615 stairs.

NICE long run! I need a change of scenery majorly!
