Got out for a really pretty good long run this morning.  It has been a long time since ive run this route.  it is my old nemesis and my old friend - My frienemy.   I need to start doing this route on my long runs to get mentally tougher.  I think the pace was decent.  I never really crashed and brned like on my last 12 miler.  Next time maybe i'll take some fluids - but it wasn't bad today.  16 next time.  3 steady weeks in a row.  I like the consistency.

14.25 at a decent midlong run pace

Great job Tim! Consistency is the name of the game ... thanks for the encouragement getting me out the door after your run!

You have been pretty consistent the last few weeks. You must be getting your mojo back. Nice job.
