Got out before fetching the kids from school - 4 extremely slow miles that included some walking.  Yes - walking on a 4 miler.  Horrible run.  I really want to go out again when the wife gets home but I don't know.  Maybe I should just call it a day and feel better tomorrow and Friday.  Man, those track nights really kick my butt.

4.4 tonight was much better - not sure of the time but it felt better

I'm glad the second run felt better than the first. I seems to have a lot of miserable runs, but I just keep pluggin' along, hoping to improve some day.

Isn't that 50k coming up soon?

thanks Dale - yeah that's all we can do it keep plugging away, right?

Yep - the 50K is June 6.

sounds like we all had one of those days that only taper madness can bring on!

Yeah Slick, if I was tapering I'd have a reason. I feel good today though so hopefully my hour run will be more productive.

I am amazed that you can run at all after a 5:05 mile at the track (sub 5 had they not stinkin' boxed you in) and then a fast 5K 15 minutes after.

Seriously, impressive.

Hope you enjoy the run today.

Thanks Teena - I hope it goes well as well.

4 really slow miles, what you were running like 7:30s instead of 6:45s?

From timp on Thu, May 27, 2010 at 17:13:51 from 70.211.111.36

Yeah not quite this time ;)
