Got out at 9:30 this morning.  Enjoyed a little lower temps for a while at least - low to mid 80s.  That is much better than the low to mid 90s.  Felt good the whole time and finished strong.  Yea!

Hit my goal of 30 miles for the week. Not big miles but I will take it.   

 Fresh pineapple is tasting really good right around now.  Going to a blues/bbq/bluegrass fest tonight.  That will be a good treat too...
