Felt pretty good once I got out there.  I always seem to wait until the last minute to get out.  This is a decent pact for an easy run on this route. 

7.5 @ 7:05 ave pace

going to have a racey April. 

next Sat. I have a 15K, then the next is a 50K, and then a 5K the next.  FUN!

Thanks Teena - so far so good on the Achilles, which is wonderful. The hamstring area is still really tight but it isn't stopping me.
