88 deg today for the first run - it kicked me around a bit today.  I need to get in lots of heat miles to get prepped for the ultra in SC at the end of next month.

4 slow miles

an hour later - after a meeting, I did another 4 at about the same pace - but I paced it out so no walking...

I'm guessing that they really weren't that slow! :)

I bet it was a humid 88 degrees as well. We're having a cold spell out west. I can't believe it's May 10 and it is so cool outside.

I'm loving this cool weather. I don't want it to warm up.
