In the morning me, morg, and coach did 27:00 at a pretty easy pace. (Around 7:30) It felt easy and good; there was no pain. After school we had two 1.5 mile intervals at Liberty Park. They felt good. The first one me and Morgan started out at about 5:23 for the mile and then a little faster the last 800 to end at 7:57. I felt tired, but not too bad. The first mile was pretty smooth, it was the last 800 where it started hurting(a little). Morgan finished up right with me. The second one, i started out and could tell Morgan was hurting, but he got up with me and stayed for about a half mile. After that, I could tell I needed to push it, so I started pulling away from him. I felt good the first one, so I started pushing earlier. I came through the mile at about 5:18. I then pushed it really hard and kicked in the last 800 at 2:31! This felt really good and easy for how fast it was. Morgan finished up at about 8:20, I was at 7:49. Brett and John did well, about 9:20 or so, they will both break five I think. | Add Comment |

| A pretty good run, at about 7:00 pace. We started on the way out with Morgan, Shalaya, Ben Isaac at a pretty slow pace. I started picking it up with 2 to go, and we lost Isaac. Morgan and Ben finished pretty close to me and Shalaya a little bit back. | Add Comment |

| Really easy morning run around 3.5 After school we had 10 400's. Coach wanted us at 75 (2 mile pace) with two minutes rest. (We actually did two minutes rest) So we started out, and it was pretty easy. 71, 72, 72, 71, 70, 70, 69, 68, 66, 63. They felt pretty easy until two left or so. I felt pretty good so I pushed it on the last several. The last one I tried my hardest on the last 200 and did a 31. There was a pretty hard cross wind on the workout, and it felt good. | Add Comment |

| In the morning we did a short run, not very fast, it felt good. After school we had heartbreak intervals. We did 1000, 800, 600, 400, 400, 200, 200. For the 1000 I was right with Morgan, the 800 right ahead of Morgan, 600 right behind Morgan, 400 a few seconds behind Morgan, 400 right behind Morgan, 200's pretty much with Morgan. I didn't feel good today, but I was able to stay with Morgan for the most part and i did pretty well. | Add Comment |
