A pretty good run, at about 7:00 pace. We started on the way out with Morgan, Shalaya, Ben Isaac at a pretty slow pace. I started picking it up with 2 to go, and we lost Isaac. Morgan and Ben finished pretty close to me and Shalaya a little bit back.
