Really easy morning run around 3.5 After school we had 10 400's. Coach wanted us at 75 (2 mile pace) with two minutes rest. (We actually did two minutes rest) So we started out, and it was pretty easy. 71, 72, 72, 71, 70, 70, 69, 68, 66, 63. They felt pretty easy until two left or so. I felt pretty good so I pushed it on the last several. The last one I tried my hardest on the last 200 and did a 31. There was a pretty hard cross wind on the workout, and it felt good. |
