I went on a trail run with my friend today. We hadn't been running together since high school, and this was the first time running together since our missions. We went on a trail by rock canyon. It was super hilly and slow, but it was fun and we didn't push it too hard. Our pace was about 8:45. It was hot, but not too hot.
