| 4 miles with Ry. Found some back hills where it feels like you are running on beach sand. Weird. 15 minutes of XTREME hip hop with Phil via YouTube. Ha!! | 2 hour trail run with Ry. Found a new way to get up to the water tower and then took a different trail that led us to the most wonderful and breathtaking spot right around the halfway point. Comfortable chatting pace with a couple little hiking portions. My Ry has grown his hair out a bit for the first time (I have been begging for years). Not gonna lie, he looked quite good today on those trails in his sunglasses and new Nike white tights under his running shorts! Weather and company were perfect!!! :-) |
