Sprint (with elliptical instead of run) at the gym again. I think I really love this workout. I'd love it even more if I could do it with the actual run instead of the elliptical. But for now, this will work! :) I pushed myself hard. Loved the endorphin rush I got afterwards. :) Upright bike: 20K/12.4 miles, 39:29 (random/level 3) Elliptical: 5K/3.1 miles, 24:07 (random/level 2) Swim: 750 m/.47 miles, 16:25 (tried to hit sub 16 ... didn't quite happen) ** Doc said I could try a test run tomorrow if there was no focal tenderness and/or pn in my tibia tomorrow. Just checked ... still tenderness. :( |
