Too big of a baby to run City Creek in the wind with the group today. Slept in and hit the gym. This is my highest running mileage week ever (61 miles). I was pleasantly surprised with how good I felt. Started out easy and increased the pace with each mile. Hit the last 1.5 miles hard to bring the overall pace under 8. Not sure why I did that, but that's what I did. :)

I would rather brave the wind than be board on a treadmill. So cool that you sill feel great after such a big mileage week

SSF ~ You always speed up at the end of a long run...treadmill or not! :) CONGRATZ on the HUGE mileage week and body feeling good! Love and miss you!

WoW! What a week!

Do you want to go for a mountain trail run on Wednesday? Are you sure? The forecast is calling for a balmy high of 16 with a low of 9! :)

Not that I am telling you to do this...but last November I went a little crazy and ran over 70 miles a week twice. I felt better than any other week that year. Perhaps it is the MEGA-ENDORPHINS!! This time of year I am always lacking those so running helps tons to get me upbeat thru less daylight!! GREAT RUNS!!

Greet running week Teena. Are you ramping up for a marathon soon?

Kathie~

I am a baby when it comes to wind! :)

SSF~

It's just because at the end of a run I am ready to be done!!! :) Miss and love you!

Fly~

NO STINKIN' WAY!!!!!! :) :) :)

Julie~

YOU go a little bit CRAZY???? Nahhhh!!! :) :) :)

Rhett~

Nope! I think my next marathon will be Ogden. I am just realizing that if I start PT school in May that I likely won't be able to train like this for quite some time. So I am just giving it a go. Who knows how long it will last! :)

Tim~

Thanks! Of course it is nothing compared to your weeks! :)
