8.5 miles ST: lower leg MWOD: 'ungluing the sticks' ************ So, when I run there is no pain, just a slight tugging feeling which I realize could simply be the tissues stretching to where they should be (but it still freaks me out a bit). Then later in the day it starts feeling not quite right, but not painful. I suppose I will continue to run just a few days a week until all that goes away. |
