Saturday's little run felt fantastic but later that afternoon my leg began to ache. The ache extended through the weekend. It wasn't painful, but not quite right. I need a few more days or weeks. We'll see. :(

"not painful but not quite right" -- you are almost there! i'm glad you could get a run in on saturday. you are now in the running "snack" phase -- getting just enough miles in to curb your voracious running appetite. the full feast isn't far away...
