Every time I get on one of those damn stair steppers I think the exact same thing. How does Fritz do that? I go to the same gym as Fritz and I would be tempted to not believe him. But I've seen him in action - truly a machine!

Stair climbers are the DEVIL! They never stop and I'm dying. Becca will do 90-120 min of them as well - I don't get it!!! Nice job pushing through and keeping the x-training up!

Every time I went to the Legacy Center, I would see this skinny boy work out on the stair climber. He will spend 30-45 min. on that thing and then run 30-45 min on the TM. He runs xcountry at UVU. He is so fun to watch. My short stubby legs would not last 5 min. on that thing! :)

those things sure can be a great workout, for sure - I almost forgot about them. I used to rock that thing back in our YMCA days.
