*Feeling blah and lazy. Need to find the motivation to pick it up. I'm pretty certain that once SGM was over my body said, "HALLELUJAH ... I'm shutting down for a bit." Come on body ... snap out of it!!!!

20 miles for the week. Not bad for a recovery week to shake out the stiff parts. Hows your left hand? It should have recovered from being slapped against my "Buns of Steel". The best way to recover from SGM is to sit down and start planning your 23 week training cycle to get you back to "Bahston"!Waddya say, should we shoot for a 3:20:XX at The Bahston????
