10 miles (1 easy, 6 @ 8:00 on 2% incline, 1 easy, 1 @ 8:00 on 3% incline, 1 easy)

I counted the hills as marathon pace because they absolutely did not feel like easy miles.

When do you think the doc will give you clearance to take that achilles for a test spin? We will have to get the group together for a big celebratory run (even if it is only for one mile). :)
