** I put my superfeet insoles in a pair of my Adidas shoes. Hmmmm ... I think this is the best combination. Unfortunately, they don't make the Adidas Boston Classics anymore. Wasatch stills has a few pairs, perhaps I need to go get them while I can. Stinkin' money.

I hate it when they change your favorite shoe!

From Benn Griffin on Thu, Jul 22, 2010 at 13:41:28 from 96.240.220.30

I'm going through the same thing with Brooks's shoes because they keep slightly changing the Addictions and Beasts every year and each year they feel completely different to me!!! And worse yet no one in the county or western part of the state sells them, so I have to guess which size to get and order them. Annoying! Hope you get your shoes!!

SSF ~ Hey we ran the same mileage except no incline for me!

You should buy the whole WRC business, then we can get major discounts! :).

Will they let you trade your Asics in for the Adidas? Seriously, you buy enough stuff there, they owe you!

LOVE YOU!

Kathie --

How is your hammy feeling this morning?

Benn -- I KNOW!!! Don't they know that I need that exact shoe??? :)

SSF -- Sounds like a plan? What do you think, you and I as co-owners!! ;) So excited for tonight!!! :)

stockpile! i agree, it's frustrating when your favorite shoe gets "updated" or worse, retired forever.

great mileage AND incline. 6% is serious stuff.

From Rhett on Fri, Jul 23, 2010 at 13:10:37 from 74.32.211.9

Great miles. I have been using Adidas shoes more and more lately instead of the Asics I haved used for years.

You are hard core to run up a 6% incline on the TM. I hope the leg felt fine while you did it.

Way to go long on the treadmill!!

From fly on the Wall on Fri, Jul 23, 2010 at 18:20:03 from 166.70.192.189

Teena and Smooth, I hope you will offer all of your favorite bloggers shoes at cost. :)

Benn, You just need to move to a more runner friendly local. I recommend Utah.

Shoes have been my entire downfall this marathon training session. I have a weird scar on my right heel (achilles tendon) from a staph infection and surgery I had to have as a result while in 3rd grade. It has made shoes an issue my whole life. I so know how you feel. I am still on the hunt for the "perfect" pair!

Good luck with getting the right pair.

SSF ~ Where's your *race report*? Hope you're enjoying an evening of rest and chillin' w/ Ry. I miss you already!

We went to Johanna's Kitchen for brunch after we dropped you off. Wish you had time to go with us.

We took the family to Rodizio Grill for dinner. The boys loved all the meat. Once again I ate WAY too much! Did you take a nap after the b'day parties?

Sleep well tonight! LOVE YOU!

Thanks all!!! Shoes ... shoes ... shoes ... only if we could step in some magical high tech scanner and it would match us perfectly (and then buy them at cost). :) :) :)

SSF ~

I posted it late last night! Love and miss you already. As soon as you get back from your vacation we need to plan another crazy run. Seriously!!!!!
