tightness I think is to be expected after your good performance Saturday. I'm glad there is NO pain, that is the best news! Nice work keeping the x-training up.

Great job on the brick. Or mini tri.:)

No pain is a good thing. Of course you realize that just because you do not have pain that you can go out and run 20 on Saturday.

From Huans32 on Thu, May 20, 2010 at 15:13:59 from 138.64.8.52

LOL I 2nd what Andy said. No reason to go find some pain if you dont have any right now.

:) :) :)

I know, I know ... I have already thought ahead. I am only going to run between 8 and 10. AND ... Ry has committed to run four of those miles with me ... so that will keep the pace around 9ish.

See ... I am learning. Right?

From Huans32 on Thu, May 20, 2010 at 15:33:41 from 138.64.8.52

Yeah... But those miles with Ry will be just a warm up for you. Then its lets see how far I can push it.

Nope -- not going to happen!

Since school has been out I have found time to go back and read many of the articles that I have missed in the past 9 issues of RW. I have concentrated my readings on injury prevention!!!!

Just watch!!! :)
